The value of this data element is calculated by the system based on other Document Order Item data elements:

If the value of Document Processing Timeframe is Scheduled, the value of To Be Issued is based on the the associated Control Schedule, and is formatted as {Exam Session} {Year} where:
- {Exam Session} is the short description of the Related Code Type code value on the Control Schedule
- {Year} is the year from the Schedule Date of the Control Schedule
Otherwise (the value of Document Processing Timeframe is not Scheduled) To Be Issued is “As soon as possible”.
