Description
Based on a webconfig, the PASI environment will enforce requests for and delivery of transcripts are limited to ASNs on the Transcript Test ASN List. This rule enforces the Test List if the PASI environment has been configured for the limitation.

This rule has the same logic as Rule 60312 - Transcript Not Available for the ASN in Environment.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Transcript not available for the ASN in this environment. The transcript request has been cancelled because the ASN submitted is not on the list of permitted ASNs in this environment.
