This is a client side validation rule to validate that the selected no of students for processing does not exceed the Available capacity of the any of the Exam components.
This is used on the grid action “Register Students” that is available on the List Diploma Exam Sittings PASIprep page.

This rule is used to validate the following:
- Available Capacity
- Count of Students Selected from the GRID
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
- Available Capacity
- Count of Students Selected from the GRID
Description
The number of Students selected for processing on the Step 1 (Select Students) of the Create Diploma Exam Registrations in Bulk must not exceed the Available capacity of the any of the selected Exam components.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Exceeds available student capacity. The number of students selected exceeds the available student capacity on the Exam Component ({Exam Component}).
Where:
- {Exam Component} - This is the exam component for which the Selected numbers of students will exceed its available capacity.
