This rule will only PASS when the document type is NonGraduate (Document Type).

This rule will FAIL when the document type matches the following values:

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid document type {Document Type}. Only Non Graduate letter order can be downloaded as an unofficial copy.
