This is a synchronous service/agent that processes Self Service Signup Letter (PDF) document order items. This processing agent creates and stores intermediary PDF for delivery processes.

The process begins with the myPass Express Signup Letter Processing Agent receiving the order item that is to be processed. These order items will match the following criteria:

• Document Order Item Type = SelfServiceSignupMyPass (Document Type)
• Document Order Item Status = Ordered
• Document Processing Timeframe = ASAP (Document Processing Timeframe)

The content of the letter will be derived from the Letter Body and French Letter Body templates. A processed document record contains the information specific to Self service Signup Letter content. In order to generate these documents, the following information is gathered and then formatted into the documents:

• Document Order Item Recipient Name
• Recipient Address from Document Order Item
• Processed On Date
• Document Order Item Document Number

• Student Identification Information
  • Demographic information for the student

• Signup Access Code Information
