This service can no longer be used. It remains on the 2015 endpoint but will always result in an exception based on Rule 1009 - The Submit Exam Mark Service has been Retired. It has been replaced by Submit Diploma Exam Mark and Submit GED Exam Mark since the 2016 endpoint
