A student can view the summary of their high school academic results via the Detailed Academic Report (DAR). The Detailed Academic Report may be generated via PASIprep or myPass. The DAR may only be generated on a primary ASN.

This scenario begins with the student with myPass access wanting to see their academic results.

1. Student requests the Detailed Academic Report via myPass.
2. Student receives summary of academic activity via the Detailed Academic Report (DAR).

This scenario ends with the student viewing what Alberta Education has on file for their high school activity.

This scenario begins with a school user initiating the process to generate multiple DAR files at once for its students.

1. School/School Authority user requests the detailed academic profile.
2. School/School Authority user gathers their list of students.
   1. Narrowed by an Authority, School, the Grade and the School Year enrolled in
3. School/School Authority user generates the bulk DAR file.
4. School/School Authority user saves the list of DARs for their purposes.
   1. Save the bulk file in their local disk, can choose to print them all later
5. School/School Authority user provides the DAR to the student(s).
6. Each student receives a summary of their academic results via the DAR.

This scenario ends with the student receiving their current academic results.

This scenario would typically occur where a student has no myPass access and is still enrolled in a school. They may request access to their results from that school. This may be in cases where they want to see their results or where they require some coaching from school staff on possible pathways available to the student. Being that a DAR will not be produced for a student out of the bulk generation, the DAR may be requested individually by the counsellors at schools during the graduation planning and may be generated where a Student has an active Information Disclosure Restriction.

This scenario begins with the student wanting to view and understand their current academic results.

1. Student requests a summary of their academic results from the School.
2. School/School Authority receives the student's request for their academic results.
3. School/School Authority looks up the student using the Lookup Student function in PASIprep or their SIS.
4. School/School Authority generates the (DAR) for the student.
5. School/School Authority provides the DAR to the student.

This scenario continues with step 2 of the Primary Scenario.

This scenario would typically occur where a student has no myPass access and is out of school, therefore, they no longer have access to their results via school. This scenario begins with the student wanting to view and understand their current academic results.

1. Student requests a summary of their academic results from the Ministry (Transcripts and Diplomas).
2. Ministry user receives the student's request for their academic results.
3. Ministry user generates the DAR for the student using PASIprep.
4. Ministry provides the DAR to the student.

This scenario continues with step 2 of the Primary Scenario where the student receives these results.

This scenario continues from step 2 of Alternate Scenario 2 when the Ministry users access myPass to generate the DAR.

1. Ministry user accesses the student in myPass.
2. Ministry user generates the DAR via myPass.
3. Ministry provides the DAR to the student.
