Approve Student Link Request Dialog
This is a dialog used in PASIprep for approving a Alberta Student Link Request.
It is used by the following screens:

Are You Sure
- Approve transfer of student's digital record? checkbox
- Indicates the approver has reviewed the following student discrepancies? checkbox
- Indicates the approver has reviewed the disclosure restrictions for the confirmed student? checkbox
- Indicates the approver has reviewed the Responsible School Information? checkbox
Note: that the checkboxes are not checked by default; they are required fields (i.e. must all be checked by user) before they can successfully confirm the operation.

If Responsible School Information box is checked then the system attempts to update the Responsible School information as follows.
- Check if the student’s current effective Responsible School record meets the following criteria:
- Responsible School Name = Requestor Organization or is not recorded
- Responsible School City = the School City entered in the dialog or is not recorded
- Province = the School State/Province entered in the dialog or is not recorded
- Responsible School Country = the School Country entered in the dialog or is not recorded
- If the current Responsible School record meets the criteria above, if any of the following fields are not recorded, they are updated as follows:
- If Responsible School Name is not recorded, it is updated to match the Requestor Organization
- If Responsible School City is not recorded, it is updated to match the School City entered in the dialog
- If Province is not recorded, it is updated to match the School State/Province entered in the dialog
- If Responsible School Country is not recorded, it is updated to match the School Country entered in the dialog
- If the current Responsible School record does not match the above criteria, and the School State/Province and School Country entered in the dialog are out of Alberta, then a new Responsible School record will be created by calling the Submit Responsible School service with the following values:
- Responsible School Reference ID is generated
- Has Responsible School - Code Type = Yes
- Responsible School City = Value entered in the dialog
- Province = Value entered in the dialog
- Responsible School Country = Value entered in the dialog
- If the validation rules on the Submit Responsible School service rejects the responsible school updates then the process ignores this update. These rejections are not returned to the user.
Once any necessary Responsible School Processing is complete, the dialog is closed and processing continues as outlined on the Process Alberta Student Link Request screen.

Clicking [No] closes the dialog with no changes made.
