Primary Scenario: Register a new Digital Official Document Consumer

This scenario begins when an organization decides they wish to receive Alberta documents in a digital PDF format.

  1. The organization completes an application form, requesting to become a Digital Document Consumer.
  2. The organization submits the completed application form.
  3. Student Records receives the application form.
  4. Student Records records the Digital Document Consumer information in PASI using the Manage Digital Official Document Consumer process.
  5. Student Records validates the application form.
  6. Student Records updates the information in PASI using the Manage Digital Official Document Consumer process.
  7. Student Records notifies the organization of the results of their application.
  8. The organization receives the notification.

This scenario ends with the application form being processed and either declined or approved with the organization ready to receive digital documents.
