The Get Evaluated Mark Audit Event Service should be used to retrieve history of changes made to Evaluated Marks within PASI Core.

Only the organizations that own the Evaluated Marks will be able to retrieve Evaluated Mark audit events.

This service can be accessed by systems with the View Academic Record User role.

The information provided as part of the Get Evaluated Mark Audit Events request includes the following:

• A single Reference ID for the Evaluated Mark Audit Event record being requested.

The information submitted is validated against the following rules:

• Rule 9034 - Evaluated Mark Not Found
• Rule 9040 - Unauthorized organization code to View Audit History

If the validation rules pass, Evaluated Mark information for each version of the record (including the current version of the record) identified in the request will be retrieved from the PASI Core and returned in the response.

The response will contain the current version of the Evaluated Mark record as well as the Evaluated Mark Audit Event records for the Evaluated Mark record.
