This rule is used to validate:

• Reference ID (Course Enrolment)
• Evaluated Mark Reference ID
• Reference ID (Section)
• Reference ID (Student School Enrolment)
• Diploma Exam Sitting Reference ID

To perform this validation for Reference ID (Course Enrolment), the following information is used:

• User Organization Code
• Section Reference ID (Course Enrolment)
• School Code (Section)

To perform this validation for Evaluated Mark Reference ID, the following information is used:

• User Organization Code
• Evaluated Mark Organization

To perform this validation for Reference ID (Section), the following information is used:

• User Organization Code
• School Code (Section)

To perform this validation for Reference ID (Student School Enrolment), the following information is used:

• User Organization Code
• School (Student School Enrolment)

To perform this validation for Diploma Exam Sitting Reference ID, the following information is used:

• User Organization Code
• Writing Centre Organization Code

The User Organization Code submitted in the Caller Information must have Record Ownership of the requested record (either the School, the Authority, or Alberta Education).

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where:

• {RecordType} is the type of record being requested, either: Course Enrolment, Evaluated Mark, Section, Student School Enrolment or Diploma Exam Sitting
• {RefID} is the Reference ID of the record being requested
• {OrganizationCode} is the User Organization Code submitted in the requests Caller Information
