The Get Course Enrolment Audit Events Service should be used to retrieve history of changes made to a Course Enrolment within PASI Core. Only the organizations that own the Course Enrolment will be able to retrieve Course Enrolment audit events.

This version of the service is available starting with the 2020 Service Endpoint¹⁾.

The information provided as part of the Get Course Enrolment Audit event request includes the following:

• Reference ID (Course Enrolment)

The following validation rules are used by this service.

• Rule 9033 - Course Enrolment Not Found
• Rule 9040 - Unauthorized organization code to View Audit History

Course Enrolment information for each version of the record (including the current version of the record) identified in the request will be retrieved from the PASI Core and returned in the response.

The response will contain one or more versions of the Course Enrolment record including associated Course Enrolment Audit Event details recorded in PASI Core. The following information will be included in the response for each course enrolment version returned:

• Reference ID
• Alberta Student Number
• Student School Enrolment Reference ID
• Reference ID (Section)
• Course Code (Course Enrolment)
• Course Enrolment Status
• Entry Date
• Exit Date
• Are Prerequisites Waived
• Credits Attempted
• Is Funding Requested
• Is Dual Enrolment
• Partner PSI Provider Number (Course Enrolment)
• Instructional Minutes Received
• Course Enrolment Mark containing:
  • Mark Assignment Date
  • Mark Format
  • Mark Value
    • The <CourseEnrolmentMark> segment will be only included in the response if any one of the following situations occur:
      • The mark value on the course enrolment record has been approved and the calling client is associated by one of the following association types: CreatedStudent, CurrentEnrolment, or LastEnrolment.
      • The course enrolment has a Mark value and either the calling client “owns” the record or the calling client has a Ministry association to the student.
    • The <CourseEnrolmentMark> segment will not be included in the response in any one of the following situations occur:
      • There is no Mark Value.
      • The calling client does not have one of the following association types to the student: CreatedStudent, CurrentEnrolment, or LastEnrolment.
      • The calling client does not “own” the record, does not have Ministry association to the student, there is a Mark Value and the mark value has not been approved.
• Is Mark Approved
• Is Deleted
