The Get Student School Enrolment Audit Events Service should be used to retrieve history of changes made to a School Enrolment within PASI Core.

Only the organizations that own the School Enrolment record will be able to retrieve School Enrolment audit events.

This version of the service is available starting with the 2019 Service Endpoint¹⁾.

The service can be accessed by systems with the PASI Client Role role.

The following information is provided when using this service:

• A single Reference ID for the Student School Enrolment Audit Event record being requested.

The following rules are used to validate the information provided in the request:

• Rule 9040 - Unauthorized organization code to View Audit History
• Rule 40218 - Student School Enrolment Reference ID not Found

School Enrolment information for each version of the record (including the current version of the record) identified in the request will be retrieved from the PASI Core and returned in the response.

The response will contain one or more versions of the School Enrolment record including associated Student School Enrolment Audit Event details recorded in PASI Core. The following information will be included in the response for each student school enrolment version returned:

• Alberta Student Number
• Local Student ID
• School (Student School Enrolment)
• School Year (Student School Enrolment)
• Grade (Student School Enrolment)
• School Provided Program Percentage (Note: This attribute is not returned for end points prior to 2017)
• Programming Type (Student School Enrolment)
• Programming Timeframe (Student School Enrolment)
• Registration Start Date
• Registration Exit Date
• Exit Date Type
• Grants Program Code
• French Hours of Instruction
• Resident Board
• Francophone Board
• Enrolment Type Codes
• Exception Codes
• FNMI Declaration
• Student School Enrolment Is Deleted
• Audit Information (Student School Enrolment)
