This rule is used to validate: the following data in a Student School Enrolment Audit Event record:

• Reference ID (Course Enrolment)
• Reference ID (Student School Enrolment)

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student School Enrolment (Course Enrolment)

Student School Enrolment Reference ID provided does not exist within PASI.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Reference ID. The Student School Enrolment Reference ID provided ({RefID}) does not exist in PASI.

Where:

• {RefID} means the Student School Enrolment Reference ID associated to the course enrolment

This rule applies to:

• Release 2.5 – Added/Updated
