The Get Official Document service is used to facilitate digital official downloads of transcripts and credentials from the Digital Official Documents (DOD) application and meet the audit requirements.

This service can be accessed by systems with the PASI System User role.

A request to use this service will include (* denotes mandatory information):

• Document Order Item Number *
• Education Account Identifier *
• Digital Official Document Consumer Contact Email Address *
• Official Document Link Global Identifier *

• Document Order Item
• Digital Official Document Notification
• Digital Official Document Consumer

The information provided in the request is validated using the following validation rules:

• N/A

A successful response to this service will include a list of one or more Document order containing:

• Document (file)
• Document Order Item Number
• File Name
• PASI Core Version
