The purpose of this service is to return the audit history for a credential requirement set for a given student.

This service can be accessed by systems with the View Transcript User role that meet the data_access_rules.

A request to use this service will include (* denotes mandatory information):

• Alberta Student Number*
• Credential Requirement Set Type*

The following rules are used to validate the information provided in the request:

• Rule 9002 - Invalid ASN
• Rule 9053 - Student has an active hold

• Return the current and historical records from the Student Credential Achieved Calculation table
• If a credential requirement set record was never created for the student, the service will return an empty list of audit records

The following Student Credential Requirement Set Audit Event information is returned after a successful request has been processed:

• Alberta Student Number
• Credential Requirement Set Type
• Student Credential Achievement
• School Year
• Last Updated On
