PASIprep Work Item Security Rules

The following are the security requirements for creating, deleting, editing and viewing work items in PASIprep.

Student Work Items

* Information Disclosure Restriction Work Items are only available when the user meets the Information Disclosure Restriction Data Access Rules for the information disclosure restriction and:

for Active Information Disclosure Restrictions has the PASIprep Level 11 Permission - Manage Disclosure Restriction Details, and
for Inactive or Deleted records, has the PASIprep Level 11 Permission - Manage Disclosure Restriction Details and the PASIprep Level 05 Permission - Manage ASN Status.

School Enrolment Work Items

In general, a user's organization is considered to “own” a school enrolment if the users organization is the authority/school on the record, the school's governing authority, or is O.1 (Ministry). This is required to be able to access school enrolment work items.

Evaluated Mark Work Items

In general, a user's organization is considered to "own" an evaluated marks if the users organization is the authority/school on the record, the school's governing authority, or is O.1 (Ministry). This is required to be able to access the evaluated marks work items. Refer to the Evaluated Mark Data Access Rules page for further information around access to evaluated marks work items.

Course Enrolment Work Items

A user's organization is must "own" a course enrolment to access the its work items.
