The Pathway Completion School Year is set to the school year relating to the pathway completion date (e.g., Pathway Completion Date = Oct 16, 2016, then Pathway Completion School Year = 2016/2017) with the following exception:
If all the contributing coursework occurred before the pathway was active, the Completion School Year is set to the Pathway Start School Year.
