View CTS Credentialed Pathway
This page displays the details for a single student CTS Credentialed Pathway Completions and has two tabs available to the user:
- Details
- This screen allows user to view full details regarding a Pathway Completion record.
- Audit History
- This screen displays a list of audit events for a Pathway Completion.
Secured By
To access this page, the user must meet the criteria to access as per Student CTS Credentialed Pathway Data Access Rules:
If the security requirements are not met, user will be denied access and will see an unexpected error instead, as defined in the PASIprep UI Guidelines.

Details Tab
The Details tab displays the Student's Pathway Completion information.
Summary Card
A summary card is included summarizing the information for the CTS Credentialed Pathway in context as per PASIprep Card Group.

| Pathway Name | Name of the Pathway. |
| Deleted? | The Is Deleted value at the time of the update. Where Deleted, to display “Yes” and otherwise, to display “No”. |
| School Year Completed | The Pathway Completion School Year when the Pathway was deemed to first completed. |
| Date Completed | The Pathway Completion Date when the Pathway was deemed to first completed. |
| Last Updated* | The Last Updated On date/time stamp, styled as a hyperlink to take user to the Audit History for this Record. The Hyperlink is only available when the user has the permission to view the 'Audit History' records. |
Contributing Courses - Data Fields
| Field Name | Description |

| Course Code | The Course code for the Course that Contributed to the Pathway completion. |
| Course Description | The Course Full English Name for the Course Code. |
Audit History Tab
This section contains an PASIprep Audit History Grid which lists all Pathway Completion Audit Event records for the specific Pathway Completion record being viewed.
Data Fields

| Updated On | The date the record was updated on. Displayed as per PASIprep Audit History Grid |
| ASN | Student’s Alberta Student Number |
| Pathway Name | Name of the Pathway |
| School Year Completed | The School Year when the Pathway was deemed to first completed. |
| Date Completed | The date when the Pathway was deemed to first completed. |
| Contributing Courses | Comma-delimited list for all the Contributing pathway Course Codes |
| Deleted? | The Is Deleted value at the time of the update. Where Deleted, to display “Yes” and otherwise, to display “No”. |
