The following rules are applied to control access to view Pathway Completion records.

In order to access a record, the:

• The PASI Client must have the View Transcript User role,
• The Organization must have Access to the Student (Moved).
• The student must not have an active Student Hold with a Student Hold Type of Official Mark Hold.

In addition, for the Access to the Audit History:

• Organization must be associated to the student By Last School Enrolment or better¹⁾.

When being accessed via PASIprep, the PASIprep user must have these PASIprep permissions:

• PASIprep Level 01 Permission - PASIprep Access
• PASIprep Level 06 Permission - View Courses and Marks and view access to Manage Credentials

When accessible, all data elements are available.
