A Student Hold is used to restrict the release of documents, official mark and credential information.

• Student (Student Hold)
• Student Hold Type

The following rules are applied to control access to view/add/edit Student Hold records.

In order to access a record, the:

• PASI Client must have the PASI System User role

In addition, when being accessed via PASIprep, the user must have all of the following:

• PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 01 Permission - PASIprep Access permission.
• PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 32 Permission - Manage Student Hold Information permission.

When accessible, all data elements are available.

In order to add a new record, the:

• PASI Client must have the PASI System User role, and
• Organization must have Access to the Student (Moved), and
• Organization must be associated to the student By Ministry

In addition, when being added via PASIprep, the:

• PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 01 Permission - PASIprep Access permission.
• PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 32 Permission - Manage Student Hold Information permission.

In order to update an existing record, the:

• PASI Client must have the PASI System User role, and
• Organization must have Access to the Student (Moved), and
• Organization must be associated to the student By Ministry

In addition, when being added via PASIprep, the:

• PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 01 Permission - PASIprep Access permission.
• PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 32 Permission - Manage Student Hold Information permission.
