Reject Student Document Problem Dialog

Description

This dialog allows a user to reject a previously reported Student Document Problem for a Student Document. Rejecting a problem indicates that the reported problem is a non-issue. This would be used in the following scenarios:

  • where the user who reported the issue did so in error and would like to remove the problem
  • where the user reviewing the issue determines that the reported problem is not a problem (which is the resolution).

No Button

Where the No button is selected, the dialog closes without any changes being saved and returns the user to the screen they accessed the dialog from. Where the user can access the dialog, they can access the No button.

Yes Button

When clicking the Yes button to save the changes to reject the student document problem record and processing occurs.

Processing Logic

Where the validation on Yes/Save was successful, a new Student Document Problem record is updated as follows:
