The View Student Document Details - Needs Quality Assurance - Fail action on the View Student Document Details screen.
Description
This dialog allows a QA Reviewer to enter failing QA Review result, including specifying the problem with the record and recording their QA Review comments.
Data Fields

| Problem Type | This Combo / Dropdown Box is used to identify the particular problem that exists with a student document. This field provides a list of the available Problem Type values sorted alphabetically. |
| QA Failed Comments | Field allows the QA Reviewer user to identify any necessary comments relating to the failing QA Review result that the user would like to capture at the time that they are entering their results. Optional string field allowing up to 1000 characters to be entered. |
Cancel Button
Where the cancel button is selected, the dialog closes without any changes being saved and returns the user to the screen they accessed the dialog from (consistent with existing PASIprep navigation guidelines). Where the user can access the dialog, they can access the Cancel button.
