This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

• Student Identity: Birth Date

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student School Enrolment: Is Deleted
• Alberta Student Number

A student under the age of 2.5 on September 1 should not be enrolled.

This rule is not applicable if the enrollment record is deleted.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Age. To be enrolled, the student (born {BirthDate}) must be at least 2.5 years of age on September 1.
