R9.03 Rule is removed

This rule is used to validate the following data:

• Guardian Citizenship Status of the Student Citizenship

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student Citizenship
• Guardian Citizenship Document
• Guardian Citizenship Status

When Guardian Citizenship Document is not blank, a Guardian Citizenship Status must be provided.

This rule is removed - Feature 10810

When validation rules, the following message is returned to the user:

This rule applies to:

• Release 9.03 - F10810 - removed
• Release 7.12 (F9462) - Created
