Validated Data

This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Address record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

The city provided does not appear to be a valid Canadian city.

This rule does not apply if:

1) the Address Format = ATS (Address Format) and the City is blank or an empty string

OR

2) the Expiry Date of the Student Address record has not been set or is future dated.

The Next Scan Date is:

  • Not set when the address doesn’t have an expiry date
