This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Address record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
If a student has a current mailing address record, then the student must not have the same address record recorded as the current physical address for the student at the same time and vise versa.
In the case where this rule failed (i.e. Against the Student Record, the same address was recorded for more than one Address Type and these address records are currently active (i.e. non-deleted, non-expired and Effective date =< Current Date), then Next Scan Date is set to the minimum of the Expiry Date (Student Address) of the matching address records (in Context) + 1 day)
If this rule Passes, then the Next Scan Date is not set.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Student Address. This address is the same as another address recorded for the student. The student must not have the same address recorded for more than one address type ({Ref#}).
