This rule is used to validate:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When the Disclosure Restriction is active (Is Active = True) then the Expiry Date must be in the future. If the Expiry Date is today or in the future, this rule will be automatically reevaluated on the day after the Expiry Date.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Expired Information Disclosure Restriction. The Disclosure Restriction Information expired on {ExpiryDate} and should be updated to inactive. (Information Disclosure Restriction Reference #{RefID}).
Where:
- {ExpiryDate} is the Information Disclosure Restrictions Expiry Date from the record
- {RefId} is the Information Disclosure Restrictions Reference ID of the record.
