This rule is used to validate the following data in a Information Disclosure Restriction record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An active Information Disclosure Restriction is going to expire within the next 14 days.
This rule applies to all active Disclosure Restriction records that are not deleted, and where the Expiry Date is within 14 days of the current date.
If the Expiry Date more than 14 days in the future, this rule will be automatically reevaluated 14 days prior to the Expiry Date.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Expiring Information Disclosure Restriction. The information disclosure restriction is about to expire ({ExpiryDate}). Review and update the information disclosure restriction as needed. (Information Disclosure Restriction Reference #{RefID})
Where:
- {ExpiryDate} is the Information Disclosure Restrictions Expiry Date of the record.
- {RefID} is the Information Disclosure Restrictions Reference ID of the record.
