To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The effective date of a student's phone number must be reasonable. Phone Number Effective date must not be before the student date of birth.
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unreasonable Phone Number Effective date. Phone Number Effective date, ({EffectiveDate}), must not be before the student's date of birth.
