This rule is used to validate the Responsible School record when deactivating an ASN:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When setting an ASN to be Deactivated, the ASN cannot have any associated Responsible School records.
Effective Period
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Request. Cannot deactivate an Alberta Student Number with active Responsible School records.
