This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Email Address record:

• Student: Alberta Student Number
• Student Email Address: Email Address

Each email associated to an ASN must be unique.

Note: If the service request has failed Rule 9006 - Invalid Reference ID, then this rule will pass.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Cannot add/modify email address. The email address is not unique for ASN ({StateProvinceID}).
