The following rules are applied to control access to view/add/edit Student Email records.

In order to access a record, the:

PASI Client must have the K-12 Organization Client role, and
- Organization must be associated to the student By Last School Enrolment or better¹⁾ or
- Organization must be the Organization that set the Student Requested Credential Requirement (HSED) to Achieved for the student

In addition, when being accessed via PASIprep, the:

When accessible, all data elements are available.

In order to add a new record, the:

PASI Client must have the Submit Student User role, and
- Organization must be associated to the student By Last School Enrolment or better²⁾, or
- Organization must be the Organization that set the Student Requested credential requirement (HSED) to Achieved for the student

In order to update an existing record, the:

PASI Client must have the Submit Student User role, and
- Organization must be associated to the student By Last School Enrolment or better³⁾, or
- Organization must be the Organization that set the Student Requested credential requirement (HSED) to Achieved for the student
