View Student Email Address

This screens allows user to view full details regarding a Student Email record.

The screen presents the data using the PASIprep View Item Template.

Common Student elements

Identifier Subtitle As described in the Page Title Header guideline.
Student Status Badges See Student Status Badges for full details on the the status badges that can be displayed on a student record.

Action Menu Options

The following options are available in the Action Menu option area:

Edit

When selected by the user, this opens the Edit Student Email Address page for the record.
Is available if the user meets the Student Email Address Data Access Rules to update the record and has one of the following permission:

Delete

Selecting this action will open the Delete Student Email Address confirmation dialog. If confirmed, then it calls Submit Email Address service, which allows the user to delete the Student Email.

Details Tab

The Details tab is the default tab for the page.

Note: Although deleted records are not visible from the View Student - Contact Information Tab grid, the user can still get to this screen via the Student Audit Log tab for deleted records.

Student Email Address - Data Fields

DataDescription
Alberta Student NumberThis is the ASN associated to the Student Identity record.
Links to View Student for the ASN.
{Is Deleted}Displays “DELETED” (as per the PASIprep Field/Value Pair guideline) where IsDeleted = 1 and no value where isDeleted = 0 on the record.
Email AddressDisplays the email address on the record.
Reference #Displays the Reference # for the record.

Audit History Tab

The Audit tab is the an additional available tab for the page.

This section contains a PASIprep Audit History Grid which lists all changes made to the Student Email record. This is derived from Student Audit Events with the Audit Subject of:

The grid will show the data element values for the record at the time the of the audit event.

Data Fields

All columns are visible by default. Columns related to Update information are also included as described in PASIprep Audit History Grid. A record is included for each revision of the record and are sorted by Updated On descending.

Email AddressDisplays the Student Email for the record at the time of the update.
Active?Displays the Student Email Is Active for the record at the time of the update.
Deleted?Displays the isDeleted value for the record at the time of the update.
Reference #Displays the Student Email Address Reference ID for the record.

Updated By OrganizationDisplayed as per PASIprep Audit History Grid
