This rule is used to validate the following data in a Parent Guardian and Student Phone Number record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The student cannot share a mobile phone (Active student mobile phone) with their parents/guardians (not-expired, not-deleted parent/guardian mobile phone); each individual must have a unique mobile phone number.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Duplicate mobile phone. The student and their parent/guardian(s) must each have a unique mobile phone number. (Parent/Guardian Reference # {Ref ID})
