This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Email record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An advice is issued for each student when two or more student's have the same active email addresses that are not part of an active self-connection.
This rule will fail where a student email is included as not deleted within the InvalidStudentEmailAddress database table.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Email Address. The student's email address {email address} is already being used by another student. Please confirm with the student that this email address is valid. (Reference # {Ref ID})
Where:
- {email address} is the email that has the IsInvaild set to 'Yes'.
- {Ref ID} of the Student Email Address Reference ID
