Description
The Effective Date of the Responsible School record must be after the date of birth of the student.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Effective Date. The Effective Date ({Effective Date}) for the Responsible School record must be after the student's Date of Birth ({DateOfBirth}).
Where:
- {Effective Date} is the Effective Date on the Responsible School record
- {Date of Birth} is the Date of Birth on the Student’s Identity record
