Description
This rule will fail if there are one or more undeleted Course Enrolments linked to the Section and the service call is attempting to delete the section.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Cannot Delete Section. The linked Course Enrolments must be deleted before the section can be deleted.
