This rule is used to validate the following data in a Course Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The associated Section has been marked as Deleted (Is Deleted = True). This rule should only fire when a Course Enrolment is being created or undeleted.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
This rule will ensure that if a user tries to undelete a course enrolment the undelete cannot be completed if the course enrolment is associated to a deleted section.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Section. You cannot enroll a student in a Section that has been deleted.
