Description
Rule fails where the course code has no completion method of “INC” and the course enrolment for the course code has a course enrolment status of “Incomplete”.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Course Enrolment Status. The Course Enrolment Status ({CourseEnrolmentStatus}) can only apply to CTS Courses.
