This rule is used to validate the following data in the submitted Caller Information:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The PASI Client must be authorized to create or update Diploma Exam Mark records for the student.
This rejection will be issued when:
- The submitted ASN exists,
- The requesting organization has Access to the Student (Moved),
- The Diploma Exam Mark Status is Registered,
- The requesting organization is not associated to the ASN By Last School Enrolment1) or better, and
- The requesting organization does not own the Diploma Exam Mark record.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unauthorized user. You are not permitted to create or modify an Exam Registration for this student.
