Only users with PASIprep Level 18D Permission - Organizational Group - Assessment Sector can modify a Diploma Exam Mark when it is tied to an Exam Sitting where Is Special==true
This rule is effective in all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Cannot update Diploma Exam Mark. Only Alberta Education Special Cases users can update an Exam Mark record tied to a Special Exam Sitting.
