This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Credential record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
If a student does not have any official marks, PASI will not have a record to calculate an awarded school year. In this case, the credential cannot be awarded by PASI and would need to be awarded manually from the Student Profile.
In the case of the Certificate of School Completion a school enrolment record will be evaluated because the student may not have any official marks.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Credential was not awarded. The awarded school year could not be determined. Award the credential from the Student Profile - Credentials screen.
