To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The ASN and DOB provided during myPass signup process is not valid.
Where, Validity is defined as:
- ASN Provided is not found in PASI.
- DOB provided does not match the corresponding ASN value provided by the user.
Note: If a secondary ASN is provided during signup process, then map the Secondary ASN to the Primary ASN and compare the DOB provided against the Primary ASN to validate the student.
if this rule fails then the number of failed attempt counter (Core.SignupMaxFailedAttempts) is incremented.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
ASN and DOB are not valid. The ASN and the DOB provided for creating a connection are not valid.
