Description
The ASN provided during the myPass connection is for a Student with a Student Hold of Official Mark Hold. No new connections request are permitted when the student has an hold on their account.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
myPass Connection cannot be created at present on the supplied ASN {ASN}. Please try again later.
Where:
- {ASN} is the ASN that is used during the signup process that has an active official Marks Student hold on it.
Note: This message is not returned to the user on the myPass UI, instead an information message is returned. Refer to Obtain Access to the Student Information via myPass to view the text for this information message.
