To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

The document requested is unable to be delivered to the Requestor as the order for the item has either been cancelled or has been placed on hold.

This validation will check if the requested Document Order Item's Document Order Item Status = Cancelled or System Hold and the PASI Client does not have a PASI Client Type of PASI.

If so, this error message would be returned AND any errors in the Document Error data object for the document order item. The Document Errors returned would provide context as to why the order was cancelled or is on hold.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Document Error. PASI is unable to deliver the requested document as the order for the item is either cancelled or on hold.
