This rule is used to validate:

• Document Order Items

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Recipient Address Details including:
  • Country
  • Street
  • Postal Code
  • Province

If the recipient address is not found while processing the document order item for Credentials, document order item will be put on system hold.This error message will be captured in Document Errors business object.

This rule does not apply to credential document order items for digital official document consumers.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Recipient address is not found. A mailing address for the recipient must be specified for a credential document order item.
