This rule applies to deleting student documents and falls in line with Student Document Data access rules.

Rule 65102 prevents an organization from editing a Student Document based on the same conditions.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Access Denied. This student document can only be deleted by the Student Record Custodian. A Student Record Custodian is the organization where the student was either enrolled in their last year of schooling, has a current enrolment, or has an enrolment in a future school year.
