This rule is used to validate:
- The Organization of the user making the request
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
To delete a Student Document that is not organization based (has a Document Type that is NOT Is Organization Bound) the requesting organization must be:
- Alberta Education 1)
- A School (or the school's governing authority) editing a Historical Document with a previous non-deleted School Enrolment
This rule applies to deleting student documents and falls in line with Student Document Data access rules.
Rule 65102 prevents an organization from editing a Student Document based on the same conditions.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Access Denied. This student document can only be deleted by the Student Record Custodian. A Student Record Custodian is the organization where the student was either enrolled in their last year of schooling, has a current enrolment, or has an enrolment in a future school year.
