To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
For users that do not have PASIprep Level 18B Permission - Organizational Group - Student Records, the rule enforces the same logic of Rule 11210 - Invalid Student Identity Document.
In essence, stopping users from making any change that reduces the quality of the document that is supporting the student's identity. The rule does not apply to student records users since they would all have Level 18B.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Student Identity Document. Identification Information is currently based on a higher source quality document and cannot be changed to a document of lower source quality document.
