This rule is used to validate:
Description
When updating a Digital Official Document Consumer the Digital Official Document Consumer Status only be changed to Declined if the current status Pending or Active.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Digital Official Document Consumer Status. Cannot change the status from {Current Status} to Declined.
Where:
- {Current Status} is the short description of the existing Digital Official Document Consumer Status.
